In Europe alone, millions of plastic tube packaging and laminated cosmetic tubes are produced. Under the general trend of environmental protection, people have developed a new method, eco-friendly packaging.

We know that the raw material of the cosmetic tube is mainly polyethylene, which is non-degradable. So people came up with a more environmentally friendly manufacturing process to make polyethylene. Ethylene is produced from ethanol (sugar cane biofuel). Then ethylene is polymerized in polyethylene production and eventually becomes the raw material for pipes.

Tubular packaging made of this raw material has the same functions as traditional packaging. It can be printed by 8C offset printing, 6C printing, hot stamping, etc.
